What Ondera is.
Ondera is an AI-based assistant for real estate agencies. It answers client enquiries even when the office is closed, collects the information that matters — budget, area, property type, timing — and turns it into an orderly profile of the person. It then compares that profile with the available properties, indicates which ones truly match and why, prepares the appointment and updates the record. The agent receives the work ready: contact profile, selected properties with readable reasons, proposed appointment and data aligned with the agency's management software. Ondera connects to the tools an agency already uses — APIs, CSV and feeds — and leaves the decision on every step to the agent: automation prepares, the person confirms. The result is a timely answer to every enquiry and an agent who steps in when the negotiation is real.
